What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus the date, time and IP address of the submission.
- Server logs: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security.
We do not ask for payment details and we do not run any accounts on these pages.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to your message (legitimate interests) and technical data only to keep the website secure. We don't use your information for advertising or profiling.
How it's protected
Contact messages are processed on our server and sent to our inbox through a secure email provider. Nothing you type is stored in your browser or shown on the website. All pages use an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Sharing
We share data only with our hosting and email delivery providers, who process it on our behalf. When you click a link to a game's official website, that website's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
Contact messages and logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Write to us through our contact form or email [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
