Who can use the Site
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must live in the United Kingdom.
- You may only have one account.
We may ask you to confirm these details and may close accounts that don't meet them.
Free play and virtual coins
The Site is free-to-play and for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling.
- Coins are virtual. They are given free and have no cash or real-world value.
- Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and there are no prizes.
- Coins, XP and levels are licensed to you for use on the Site only and remain our property. We may adjust balances to fix errors or misuse.
- Success in our free games does not mean you would succeed at real-money gambling.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page.
Our games
All games on the Site are made and hosted by Copos Gelato. Games can be played with or without an account. We aim to keep them available, but we may change, pause or remove any game, or take the Site offline for maintenance, at any time.
Fair use
You must not:
- use bots, scripts or cheats, or try to exploit bugs;
- try to access other players' accounts or our server files;
- interfere with the Site's security or performance;
- copy, resell or reuse our games, artwork or content without permission;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Site, our games, artwork, logos and text belong to Copos Gelato or our licensors. You may use them only to play on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, appears to belong to someone under 18 or outside the UK, or is used to misuse the Site. You can ask us to restrict or close your account at any time through Player Care.
Our liability
The Site is provided free of charge and "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses not caused by our breach of these terms.

The Site links to other websites, such as support organisations. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
